What changed
HotRoute now has a public release notes surface inside the existing marketing site instead of relying on private updates, scattered demos, or ad hoc explanations. Every entry gets its own stable URL, a publish date, a short summary, and an explicit readiness label.
The archive is intentionally opinionated. It is not trying to become a noisy sprint log. It exists to document meaningful progress that affects trust, evaluation, or actual usage.
Why it matters
Prospects and pilot partners should not have to guess what is real, what is still being tested, and what remains research. A public archive creates a healthier rhythm:
- shipped work is visible
- pilot and preview work is clearly labeled
- exploratory work can still be discussed without pretending it is broadly available
That clarity matters more than volume. The goal is to make progress inspectable without creating marketing noise.
Who it is for
This update is for anyone evaluating HotRoute, already piloting it, or supporting the product and wanting a clearer view of where the platform is moving.
Availability
The release notes archive is live now on the public HotRoute website. New entries remain manually reviewed in v1 so updates stay lightweight, accurate, and easy to evaluate.
